From statewide leadership programs to large-scale organizational training, Leadership New Mexico has the experience and relationships to bring meaningful learning to organizations of any size. We have directly trained 900+ Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD) employees through a two-day leadership experience delivered across two sessions, worked alongside leaders within the New Mexico Courts system to support professional development and leadership growth, and partnered with the Governor's Office to facilitate a leadership retreat.
Through our Local Government Leadership Program, we also regularly engage with, work alongside, and provide leadership development for elected and government officials across local, county, and state government. This statewide perspective gives us a unique understanding of the people, systems, and challenges that shape New Mexico communities.
