Since 1995, we have brought together leaders from across New Mexico to learn, connect and gain a deeper understanding of the people, communities and issues that shape our state.

For more than 30 years, Leadership New Mexico has brought together leaders from across our state to learn, connect, and build a deeper understanding of the issues and opportunities shaping New Mexico. Today, our 3,000+ alumni represent a diverse statewide network of business, government, nonprofit, education, and community leaders who continue to carry the mission of Leadership New Mexico into their communities and across our state.
