Leadership New Mexico is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organization founded to identify current and emerging leaders throughout New Mexico, enhance their leadership skills, and deepen their knowledge of our state’s challenges and opportunities.
We must expand the circle of leadership in the state by looking beyond traditional networks for the talent and creativity we need, then create opportunities that encourage commitment and action from more people. Leadership New Mexico is successfully addressing these challenges. Our role is to make sure that future leaders gain exposure to critical issues and access to leadership opportunities.

2022-23 Leadership Programs
Applications are now open for the CORE and CONNECT programs. We strongly encourage candidates to apply early. We anticipate our classes will fill up pretty quickly post-COVID now that many companies are allowed to travel.
